The first workshop of the SMR (Smart Mature Resilience) project, took place from the 26th to the 29th of October 2015 in Riga, Latvia, and focused on Cities‘ dependency towards Critical Infrastructures (CIs). In this workshop, experts from the cities of Bristol, Donostia, Glasgow, Kristiansand, Riga, Rome and Vejle had the opportunity to exchange information and knowledge on the management of CIs and provide material for the development of the Resilience Management guidelines.

The report includes the preparation process, the explanation of the exercises carried out during the workshop and the results of the exercises. Moreover, the evaluation and the lessons learnt from the first workshop are summarised.
